Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 Arrival and flight Connection Information. The Queen's Terminal, or Heathrow Terminal 2, is an airport terminal at London Heathrow Airport, the primary airport serving London in the United Kingdom.
All international arrivals and baggage reclaim are located on level 1 of Heathrow Terminal 2.
Information points are located on both sides of the entrance on Level 5 check-in area. Also there is an information desk in arrivals near the international arrivals entrance.
There are also help points located near the UK and Ireland arrivals area.
On level 1 arrivals, the meeting point is located near the main central seating area right opposite the international arrivals. Signs are very well posted.
In the case of checking in for a flight, the saying "better to be too early than too late" couldn't be more true.
You should leave enough time to check in, recommended check in time is as follow;
Boarding usually begins around 45 minutes before departure but please check with your airline.
Self service check in is available at Terminal 2 by most airlines; it is a very simple and easy to use service to save a lot of time on your check in. Self service check in kiosks are located near the standard check in counters.
Inter-terminal transport
Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 are connected by an underground walkway. Heathrow Express rail service provides free access to Terminals 4 and Terminal 5. (Inter-terminal connections between Terminal 2 and Terminal are currently suspended.)
You can also take the London Underground to Terminals 4 and 5, but this service is only free to Oyster card holders.
A number of buses are available between the Central Bus Station (Terminals 2 and 3) and the other terminals, although trains are more convenient for those with luggage. Buses between terminals are free of charge.
Taxi Services
Black Cabs (metered taxi) are available from outside the terminal building, you do not need to reserve these in advance.
Heathrow Shuttle offers low cost door to door private airport transportation services to and from Heathrow Terminal 2 to any destination in the UK. All private airport transfers must be booked in advance.
Heathrow Shuttle driver will meet you inside the arrival lounge with your name board and will driver you directly to your destination anywhere in the UK in a pre-booked luxury private hire vehicle.
In addition to being a central terminal at Heathrow, it is well connected to the M4 through a spur road and tunnel under the north runway.
The Piccadilly Line of the London Underground provides access to Heathrow Terminal 2 from Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3. Trains run to Cockfosters via Central London from Terminal 2. Heathrow Express connects Heathrow terminal 2 to Paddington Station in London.
Heathrow terminal 2 is a short walk from Heathrow Central bus station, where National Express connects Heathrow airport to most destinations in the UK.

There is no free parking on forecourts or short stay car parks at Heathrow Terminal 2, But there is free 2 hours parking available in Long stay car park.
Please allow between 30 minutes and 2 hours.
